October 23, 2017 - Week #24
There has been a lot of finish work going on these past few weeks. Painting, floor finishing, window installation and more. This last week will be filled with inspections galore. So as to not spoil a true transforamtive reveal, please attend the Grand Opening On November 3rd at 4pm.

The new oak floor is installed on the second floor.

Preparations are made for the new front stoop and walkway.
August 11, 2017 - Week #13
Electrical rough-in for the first floor and insulating the stair tower.
August 4, 2017 - Half Way There
The Board of Selectmen and the Heritage Commission get a tour of the Town Hall progress.
August 2, 2017 - Week #12
Interior framing begins and the new subfloor has been installed on the second floor. The rear stair tower has also been framed.
July 18, 2017 - Week #10
The remainder of the concrete pads in the basement have been poured for the fire pit and the platform lift. DODGCO continues to install the new framing for the 2nd floor, and the framing contractor has started to build the new egress stair addition.
July 6, 2017 - Week #8
Work continues on the installation of new beams for the 2nd floor and the foundation for the new rear stairs has been poured.
June 21, 2017 - Week #6
Work has been completed on the removal of the second floor. The water tanks have been moved into the basement and placed on a new concrete slab, and the foundation for the new stairwell addition has been poured. Next week, DODGCO will begin working on the new structural framing for the 2nd floor and framing for the addition will begin.
June 9, 2017 - Week #4
This week was continued demolition of the interior 1st floor ceiling and the installation of temporary bracing before the floor boards are removed. The frst concrete for the job also arrived this week. This was for the new footings for the south foundation wall and new addition.
June 2, 2017 - The Tanks Arrive
The tanks for the fire suppression system have arrived. These tanks will be located in the basement. A total of 15,000 gallons of water will be required.
May 30, 2017 – Demolition Continues
This week the demolition continues with the shoring and removal of the rear wall. The windows have been removed for restoration, and the first floor ceiling is being taken down.
May 22, 2017 – Demolition Begins
This week the demolition began on portions of the Town Hall. There were 4 trees removed from the rear of the property to make way for the new staircase addition, the old fire escapes were removed, and the existing rear restroom addition was removed.
May 15, 2017 – Groundbreaking Ceremony
The Groundbreaking Ceremony was attended by the Board of Selectmen, Heritage Commission, the DEW/MacMillin Team, and other residents of the community.
