Building Inspector

The Town of Francestown has authorized the Building Inspector to enforce the current New Hampshire State Building Code which consists of: the International Building Code, International Residential Code for One and Two Family Dwellings, International Plumbing Code, International Mechanical Code, International Energy Conservation Code, National Electrical Code (NFPA 70) and the Life Safety Code (NFPA 101) – relative to means of egress.
