                                    FRANCESTOWN, N.H., ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

The Zoning Board of Adjustment will hear the Administrative Appeal of Ronald A. Shattuck, Jr. and Melissa D. Shattuck from the decision of John Kendall, Building Inspector/Code Enforcement Officer, November 19, 2019, that the recently constructed riding arena required Site Plan Approval of the Francestown Planning Board as the proposed use of the structure does not comply with Article III, Section A. of the Francestown Site Development Regulations (N.B.: the appeal specifies Article III, Section A of the Francestown Zoning Ordinance; there is no such section and the letter of November 19, 2019 specifies the Site Development Regulations) on February 13, 2020 at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Offices, lower level, 27 Main Street, Francestown, N.H. 

THIS DATE IS RESCHEDULED AT THE REQUEST OF THE APPLICANT DUE TO HIS SCHEDULE CONFLICTS.

The matter shall remain on the Board’s agenda until a decision is reached on the Appeal.
