                                                                   HEARING NOTICE

                                    FRANCESTOWN, N.H., ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

The Zoning Board of Adjustment will hear the Application for a Variance made by Janet and T. Fletcher Taft to permit the construction of a potting shed (10 ft x 12 ft) within 100 ft of a wetland greater than 3000 sq. ft. and within the sideline/rear set back of 50 ft. The pertinent provisions of the Francestown Zoning Ordinance are Article II, section 2-A.2.6(b) and Article III Section 3.10(b).  The hearing will be on April 9, 2020 at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Offices, lower level, 27 Main Street, Francestown, N.H. 

The address of the property is 215 New Boston Rd., Francestown, NH, Tax Map 12, Lot 19.

 

The matter shall remain on the Board’s agenda until a decision is reached on the Appeal.
