PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE


The Completeness Review Committee of The Francestown Planning Board will meet at
3:00 PM on Thursday, March 21st at the Town Office meeting room, lower level, to
consider the following agenda items:


 Completeness Review of an application for Site Plan Review from:
Fieldstone Land Consulting, agent for
Rober Bitterli of 1 Main Street: Tax Map 13, Lot 41. (Case # 24-SP-01).


The applicant is proposing converting a barn located at 1 Main Street into a 30-
seat restaurant/café and constructing one ADA accessible parking space and an
approved septic system.


 Any other matter that may legally come before the committee


If changes are made to the above agenda, a new agenda will be posted at least 24 hours
prior to the meeting.
