MEETING NOTICE
AGENDA – Tuesday, April 16, 2024
The Francestown Planning Board will meet at 6:30 PM on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 in the Town Offices Meeting Room Lower Level, 27 Main Street. The following agenda items are listed in the order in which they will be considered:
Eversource Public Hearing
Eversource is looking to convert and reconductor approximately 3.2 miles in Francestown, NH. The planned route for this project is from the intersection of Mountain Rd and Bennington Rd. Heading southeast down Bennington Rd, Main St and terminating at Francestown Elementary School on 2nd NH Turnpike South.

Heading southeast down Bennington Rd, Main St and terminating at Francestown Elementary School on 2nd NH Turnpike South.
A portion of this route - from the intersection of Routes 47 and 136 to the Francestown Elementary School - is a designated Scenic Road.
Bitterli Site Plan Application/Public Hearing
The Board will review the CRC committee report on the Bitterli Site Plan application. If the Board accepts the Application the Board will proceed with the Public Hearing. Site Plan Application if approved would allow a restaurant/café at 1 Main Street.
