Meeting Minutes – November 16, 2021
Trustees of Funds, Town of Francestown, NH
Trustees present – Jo-Ann Miller, John Thalhauser, and Janet Taft
Meeting convened at 5:32 p.m.
 
Agenda – Approving meeting minutes, disbursements of checks/payments, and any other business needed to be addressed.
 
  1. John Thalhauser moved to approve the meeting minutes from August 12, 2021.  Janet Taft made motion and John Thalhauser seconded the motion.  All trustees present were in a unanimous decision and the Meeting minutes were approved.
 
  1. John Thalhauser moved to acknowledge the receipt and deposit of donations totaling $47.00 to the Thulander Museum Trust Fund and $400.00 to the Public Assistance Trust Fund.  Jo-Ann Miller made the motion to approve and Janet Taft  seconded it and all trustees present were in a unanimous decision and approved the deposit.
 
  1. John Thalhauser moved to approve the application for payment in the amount of $48,043.90 to the town of Francestown from the Capital Reserve Fund for the purchase of a police cruiser as per the April 17, 2021 Town Meeting Warrant Article #6.  Jo-Ann Miller made the motion to approve and Janet Taft seconded it and all trustees present were in a unanimous decision and check #1076 was written.
 
  1. John Thalhauser moved to review the application for payment in the amount of $18,253.15 to the Town of Francestown from the Capital Reserve Fund for completion of South New Boston Bridge per the 2016 Town Meeting Warrant Article #11.  This is a final payment.  Jo-Ann Miller made the motion to approve John Thalhauser seconded.  All trustees present were in a unanimous decision.  Check #1077 was written.
 
  1. John Thalhauser made the motion to approve the application for payment in the amount of $26,060.00 to the Town of Francestown from the Capital Reserve fund for repairs and new roof on the horse sheds per 2021 Town Meeting Warrant Article #7.  Jo-Ann Miller made the motion to approve and John Thalhauser seconded the motion.  All trustees present were in a unanimous decision and check #1078 was written.
 
  1. John Thalhauser made the motion to approve the application for payment in the amount of $4,000.00 to the Town of Francestown from the Expendable Public Trust Fund for the Master Plan Update.  The invoice had a payment from a Grant for $10,000.00.  Jo-Ann Miller made the motion to approve and John Thalhauser seconded.  All trustees present were in a unanimous decision and check #138 was written.
 
  1. John Thalhauser made the motion to approve the application for payment in the amount of $500.00 to the Town of Francestown from the Non-Expendable Private Trust Fund for general Cemetery maintenance.  Jo-Ann Miller made the motion to approve and Janet Taft seconded the motion.  All trustees present were in a unanimous decision and check # 1042 was written.
