TOWN OF FRANCESTOWN
PUBLIC NOTICE
The Board of Selectmen will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 30, 2019 at 5:30pm at the Town Offices (27 Main Street) to consider the release of a ski slope easement and a portion of a parking lot easement located on Map 8 Lot 16-2 for the purpose of facilitating the construction of a new septic and leach field system for Mountain Maintenance Corporation. A second hearing on the proposal will be held on Monday, January 13, 2019 at 5:30pm at the Town Offices (27 Main Street). A decision shall be made not sooner than January 21, 2019. A plan of the easement location is available at the Town Offices for review. (RSA 41:14-a)
