The Francestown Planning Board will meet at 6:30p.m., on Tuesday, 1/7/2020, in the Town Offices Meeting Room, lower level, 27 Main Street. The following agenda items are listed in the order in which they will be considered:
1. Public Hearing on recommended Zoning Ordinance Changes:
1) Article II DISTRICTS Sec. 2.4 Boundaries and Sec.2.5 Boundary Determinations remove reference to a non-existent map;
2) Article III GENERAL PROVISIONS 3.15 Outdoor Lighting Regulations update light sources per technology;
3) Article VIII DEFINITIONS Sedimentation and Erosion Control Plan update reference guide
4) Article VIII DEFINITIONS add definition for Steep Slopes
Copies of proposed amendments are available for inspection at the Town Offices, Post Office, Library and www.francestownnh.org
2. Public Hearing in Scenic Road Trimming:
Trimming/cutting of trees and or brush by Eversource near overhead power lines on Old County Road North and Deering town line.
