NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
The Francestown Planning Board will hold a Site Walk on Saturday, November 21st, 2020, 10:00 AM at the Shattuck property, Stevens Road, Francestown regarding the following application:
Case #20-SP-02: An application for Site Plan Review from Ronald and Melissa Shattuck for property located on Stevens Road, The Second NH Turnpike South, and Woodward Hill Road (Tax Map 3, portions of current lots 17 and 18). The applicants are proposing a commercial horse-riding arena. The property to be affected is a total of 26.85 acres; it is in the rural district and contains property in the wetlands and steep slope overlay districts.
