12/13/2018 – 1/17/2019

  1.  On 12/13 at 0854 hours received a report of a motor vehicle off the roadway and blocking the road on Pleasant Pond Road. The area was checked, but the vehicle was not located.
  2. On 12/13 at 1058 hours received a report to check the welfare of a man in a work van, in the area of Pleasant Pond Road and Old County Road North. Upon checking driver was fine, and had just pulled over to sleep.
  3. On 12/14 at 0947 hours received a report of possible neglect of horses in the area of New Boston Road. The investigation was initiated with the assistance of the Animal Control Officer. The owner of the horses has indicated that the cause for the complaint has been corrected.
  4. On 12/15 at 1314 hours received a report to respond to the Pleasant Pond area, for a civil escort to gather property. Cleared.
  5. On 12/15 at 1633 hours received a complaint of a dog chasing bicyclists, in the area of Campbell Hill Road. Owner located and spoken with regarding her canine at large. Cleared.
  6. On 12/15 at 1900 hours, responded to a verbal dispute between mother and daughter in the area of the Trailside Terrace. Parties spoken and situation resolved. Cleared.
  7. On 12/16 at 1215 hours received a report of two stray canines in the area of Main Street. The area was checked, but the animals were gone upon arrival. Cleared.
  8. On 12/19 at 1039 hours received a report of a dead deer in the area of New Boston Road and Dennison Pond. Cleared.
  9. On 12/19 at 1122 hours received a report of a stray dog, in the area of the 2nd NH Turnpike (N). The owner was located. Cleared.
  10. On 12/19 at 1325 hours received a report of a single motor vehicle accident in the area of Eastside Lane. The driver was identified as Timothy Marks of 25 Eastside Lane. No injuries were reported. The vehicle had slid into a ditch due to icy conditions, with substantial damage to the driver side of the vehicle. Cleared.
  11. On 12/20 at 1110 hours received a report of a residential alarm at a home on Dennison Pond Road. The residence was checked and secure. Cleared.
  12. On 12/20 at 1159 hours met with resident at the Francestown Police station, regarding a fraud complaint.
  13. On 12/21 at 2113 hours, NH State Police investigated a single car motor vehicle accident, in the area of New Boston Road and Bible Hill Road.
  14. On 12/22 at 1422 hours responded to the area of Candlewood Hill Road, to assist Peterborough Police with a motor vehicle complaint. Cleared.
  15. On 12/22 at 1436 hours received a report of trees on wires in the area of New Boston Road. Eversource was notified.
  16. On 12/24 at 1545 hours received a report of a canine running loose in the area Campbell Hill Road. The Animal Control Officer was notified and investigated the matter.
  17. On 12/24 at 2147 hours NH State Police investigated a report of a verbal dispute regarding custody issues.
  18. On 12/28 at 0829, received complaints of icy conditions along Dodge Hill Road and Muzzey Road. Francestown Public Works advised.
  19. On 12/28 at 1349 hours received a report of a single car motor vehicle accident on the Greenfield Road. The driver, identified as Dil Bhujel, aged 24, of Notre Dame Ave in Manchester, NH, was not injured. Due to icy conditions, the car, a 2018 Nissan Altima, had slid off the road and struck a tree. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
  1. On 12/29 at 1019 hours responded to a residential alarm on Poor Farm Road. Upon arrival, the home was found to be secure. Cleared.
  2. On 12/31 at 1305 hours, responded to the area of Old County Road (S) for a civil escort. Cleared.
  3.  On 1/3/2019 at 1102 hours received a report of a vehicle stuck on Scoby Road due to icy conditions. Francestown Public Works was advised.
  4. On 1/3 at 1634 hours, responded to criminal trespass and criminal mischief to a building on Old County Farm (N). The owner was notified and investigation conducted.
  5. On 1/4 at 1523 hours, responded to the area of Muzzey Road, for a report of shots fired; possibly target shooting. The area was checked, but the source was not located.
  6. On 1/6 at 1513 received a complaint from a resident of Main Street, reporting a dog in her car. Animal Control officer advised.
  7. On 1/8 at 0916 hours responded to Francestown Police station, to speak with a subject regarding a fraud issue.
  8. On 1/8 at 0949 hours, received a call of a residential alarm on the 2nd NH Turnpike (S). Upon arrival all secure.
  9. On 1/9 at 1132 hours, received a motor vehicle complaint of a blue Honda passing in an unsafe manner. Negative contact with the vehicle; Bennington Police advised.
  10. On 1/11 at 0751, responded to Forest Road in Greenfield to assist Greenfield Police in locating subject wanted by Jaffrey NH Police. Subject not located.
  11. On 1/16 at 1430 hours, responded to a residential alarm on Scoby Road. Residence was secure upon arrival. Cleared.
