  1. On 2/13 at 1036 hours responded to the area of 582 Bennington road in Bennington under a mutual aid request for an assistance with the possible overdose. Upon arrival at 141 hours, assisted other law enforcement officers at the scene. Cleared at 1115 hours.
  2. On 2/15 at 0738 hours received a request to conduct a welfare check on a resident in the area of East road. Upon arrival, smoke was found within the residence on all three floors although there was no fire. The occupant was located and was assisted to the first floor and refused medical treatment. The fire department was requested to respond to check a pellet stove that was not functioning properly. The fire department member was briefed on the situation. Cleared at 0810 hours.
  3. On 2/15 at 0947 hours received a well being check for a resident residing in the area of Bible Hill road. Mutual aid from Greenfield police responded and contacted the resident. Cleared at 0959 hours.
  4. On 2/20 at 0945 hours received an updated court order restraining order from Massachusetts on a resident residing on Old County Road (N). This information was modified and would remain in force and this agency was notified.
  5. On 2/23 at 1200 hours received information relative to a juvenile incident. The information indicated that the juvenile had allegedly been involved with some illegal activity in another town. Investigation is continuing.
  6. On 2/23 at 1006 hours received a canine complaint in the area of Eastside lane. The complainant advised that a neighbor fails to place the canine on a leash. Complainant was contacted via telephone on 2/25 and left a message to contact this agency. No return call has been received.
  7. On 2/23 at 1000 hours received a report of an alleged sexual assault and solicitation of nude photos from the victim. It was further alleged that this had occurred in 2023 involving a thirteen-year-old female and the suspect was a male adult at the time. Investigation is continuing at this time.    
  8. On 2/24 at 2138 hours received a request to respond to a location on Mountain road for a possible intoxicated person at a local business. Upon arrival at 2144 hours the complainant was spoken with, the person of interest had left the area. Information was obtained on the name of the person and a vehicle description. This information was broadcast out to other area units to check for the vehicle and operator. Cleared at 2210 hours.
