  1. On 3/12 at 1445 hours received a complaint for a suspicious person/vehicle in the area of the Francestown Elementary School. It was reported that a vehicle, a silver colored hatchback was observed parked outside the school area. This had occurred two days in a row and each time when the complainant left the area the driver and vehicle would leave the area. No plate number was obtained. Monitored this area of concern and no contact was not made with the suspect or vehicle.
  2. On 3/14 at 1500 hours received an intake from the Bureau of Elderly Services out of Keene relative to a possibly abuse investigation. Further inquiry was made by this agency attempting to obtain the specifics on this intake. Investigation is continuing.
  3. On 3/15 at 1400 hours received a complaint of harassment in the area of Perley road. The complainant advised that the suspect drives by his parents’ residence and is harassing them who are concerned with this action. Investigation is on-going.
  4. On 3/16 at 0042 hours received a medical emergency in the area of Russell Station road for a seventy-nine-year-old female with chest discomfort. Emergency services responded to assist the patient.
  5. On 3/16 at 1020 hours received a parking complaint in the area of 2nd New Hampshire Turnpike (S) and Route 136. Upon arrival the vehicle in question was located and found to be illegally parked. Mike Towing was requested and the said vehicle was towed. Cleared.
  6. On 3/16 at 1301 hours, responded to the town of Dublin to execute a search warrant with the assistance of Dublin Police. Search warrant was executed relative to an on-going criminal investigation. Cleared.
  7. On 3/16 at 1649 hours received a complaint from a resident in the area of Old County road (S). The complaint was in reference to the complainant and her ex-husband having a verbal dispute during an exchange of the children. This was found to be a civil issue and the complainant was advised to proceed through civil court.
  8. On 3/16 at 1705 hours received a complaint of a suspicious activity in the area of Old County Road (S). Complainant reported having concerns about wires being attached to telephone poles and feels she is being spied upon. Complaint was unfounded. Cleared.
  9. On 3/16 at 1749 hours received a report of a concern for a family member who had left the residence earlier. Further investigation was undertaken, responding to the complainants’ residence. Contact was subsequently made with the person of concern and assurances were given to both persons that they could contact this agency at any time for further assistance. Cleared.
  10. On 3/18 at 0800, received a Final Stalking Order from the Goffstown 9th Circuit Court indicating that the Stalking Order was denied.
  11. On 3/21 at 0900 received a report of a suspicious person in the area of Bible Hill road and that the suspect was walking around his residence and there was a white Honda Civic and a New Hampshire registration plate number. This agency had previously been advised on March 18th that the town of Francestown had Avitar Assessing conducting annual pickups. This was confirmed and the complainant was advised. Cleared.
  12. On 3/21 at 1030 hours received information from Division of Children and Family Services of a possible threat by a biological mother of a child that the child may be taken out of the State. The foster parents were immediately contacted and advised of the potential threat.
  13. On 3/22 at 1147 hours received a report of a medical emergency in the area of 2nd New Hampshire Turnpike (S). Emergency services responded and assisted the patient.
