  1. On 7/10 at 1145 hours responded to a residence in the area of 2nd New Hampshire Turnpike (S) for a report of an E-911 hang-up. Upon arrival it was determined to be false. Cleared.
  2. On 7/10 at 1500 hours received a domestic violence assault in the area of Campbell Hill road. This was reported between a juvenile and step-father. State Police responded and subsequently arrested one person. This agency followed DCYF on 7/16 on this matter.
  3. On 7/11 at 0915 hours received a report of a medical emergency in the area of Scoby road for a sever-two-year-old male who had fallen. Emergency services responded to assist the patient.
  4. On 7/11 at 1431 hours received a complaint from the Scoby Pond beach employees of people not following beach rules. State Police advised. This agency contacted the lifeguards on 7/13 and gave further instructions when calling law enforcement.
  5. On 7/13 at 1015 hours received a report from a resident in Mont Vernon, that his canine had been illegally taken by a passing motorist. The information, description/photos of his canine and the vehicle involved was posted on the Francestown Police Facebook page.
  6. On 7/13 at 1723 hours responded to a complaint of an unwanted person at the beach area at Scoby Pond. Upon arrival, the suspect was gone. Information was obtained which assisted in identifying who the person was that was violating rules.
  7. On 7/13 at 1859 hours responded to the area of Pleasant Pond road for a report of a violation of a previous court ordered stalking order. Upon arrival, the complainant and suspect were identified. Investigation continued.
  8. On 7/14 at 1737 hours received a motor vehicle complaint in the area of 2nd New Hampshire Turnpike (S) of a Massachusetts registered vehicle traveling on the roadway. No reason for the complaint was given. State Police advised.
  9. On 7/15 at 2133 hours received a motor vehicle complaint in the area Bennington on Route 47 and the vehicle was now in Francestown. The complaint was that the operator had passed the complainant on a double solid line. State Police advised.
  10. On 7/15 at 2114 hours received a complaint of a suspicious vehicle parked in the area of Marino and Greenfield road. It was reported that the vehicle had the 4-ways flashers on. State Police advised.
  11. On 7/16 at 1620 hours received a report of OHRV’s traveling on Perley road area. Upon speaking with the complainant, it was reported that this was occurring on a regular basis. Further investigation, the areas of Oak Hill, Perley and King Hill roads were checked. Evidence was located that OHRV’s were in fact riding upon the class 5 and class 6 portion of town roads. Extra patrols are and will continue to be conducted in the areas and enforcement action will be take. Further, a Public Information Advisory was posted on the Town’s web-site attempting to educate the violators.  
  12. On 7/17 at 1650 hours the on-duty lifeguard at the beach at Scoby Pond reported that another person reported observing some type of “M-80” type device in the water. State Police advised.
  13. On 7/18 at 1214 hours received a found property from a resident being a New Hampshire trailer plate. The owner, from New Boston was identified and same was returned.
  14. On 7/19 at 1115 hours a resident arrived at the station requesting assistance with a serious family matter. This agency was able to assist the family and contacted the proper resources to further assist.
  15. On 7/20 at 1004 hours received a residential alarm activation in the Mountainside Lane. Under mutual aid, the Greenfield Police department responded. The residence could not be located because, upon further investigation the alarm company was not providing the correct information. The owner was later identified, contacted and advised that the information with the alarm company had to be updated.
  16. On 7/21 at 1817 hours responded to the Pleasant Pond road area relative to execute an arrest warrant. Upon arrival one David R. Tremblay, age 60 was taken into custody and charged with one count of Violation of a Stalking Order. He was transported to the Francestown police station where he was processed and a bail commissioner was contacted. The suspect was bailed and will appear in the Goffstown 9th Circuit court on 8/3/2023 @ 8:15am.
  17. On 7/22 at 0851 hours responded the 2nd New Hampshire Turnpike for a mutual aid request from the New Hampshire State police to Lyndeborough for a medical call. It was reported the patient was being aggressive and combative. Upon arrival assisted with the securing of the patient until additional assistance arrived. Cleared at 0949 hours.
  18. On 7/22 at 1935 hours received a complaint from a citizen of a theft from the area of New Boston road. The citizen reported the theft of a “Circus Smirkus” sign from the property. Report taken.
  19. On 7/23 at 0840 hours received a report of a medical emergency at the intersection of East and Mountain road. It was reported that a thirty-six-year-old female was seated in a vehicle and was experiencing sever back pain. Upon arrival contact was made with the patient and her position was maintained until the medical staff arrived.
  20. On 7/23 at 2010 hours received a report of a vehicle off the roadway into a ditch in the area of the boat ramp at Scoby pond. State police advised.
