8/30/2022 – 9/19/2022
 
  1. On 8/30 at 1208 hours received a complaint of a possible attempted scam, in the area of Woodward Hill road. The complaint advised that several calls were received within the last several days. These calls were from two different companies, UPS and Publishing Clearing House. The complainant wanted this agency to know about the calls and that she had not given any information.
  2. On 8/31 at 1814 hours received a report of a motor vehicle collision involving two vehicles in the area of Greenfield and Birdsall road. State Police advised and Greenfield Police stood by until State Police responded. No other information available.
  3. On 9/3 at 1055 hours received a parking complaint in the area of 2nd New Hampshire Turnpike (S). Upon arrival enforcement action was taken. Cleared.
  4. On 9/3 at 1640 hours received complaint of a suspicious vehicle in the area of Mina street near the store. Upon arrival the vehicle was located. No action needed. Cleared                 
  5. On 9/5 at 1002 hours while on patrol observed a minor traffic collision involving a parked vehicle. The operator of the moving vehicle failed to stop at the scene. The operator was confronted a short time later the required documentation was obtained and the owner of the parked vehicle advised. Cleared.
  6. On 9/6 at 1213 hours received information from DCYF relative to a past tense disturbance at a residence, that had occurred in the area of Pleasant Pond road the evening before. After further investigation, a suspect was identified and contacted. He was advised not to enter the property again or he would be subject to prosecution for criminal trespass. Cleared.
  7. On 9/9 at 1930 hours received a complaint of a suspicious vehicle and subject operating same in the area of Bible Hill road Ext. It was reported that the operator was stopped and acting very strange. Upon arrival the vehicle was gone although a New Hampshire plate number was obtained. Further investigation into this matter, the owner of the vehicle was identified. The complainant was advised. Cleared.
  8. On 9/11 at 1615 hours received a complaint of disorderly conduct with a motor vehicle in the area of the recreational park on Greenfield road. Upon arrival and speaking with the complainant no vehicle description could be obtained, however the conduct was heard. Upon inspection of the parking area, tire impressions were located in the gravel area. No contact with suspect vehicle. Cleared.
  9. On 9/13 at 0720 hours received a residential alarm activation in the area of South New Boston road. State Police advised.
  10. On 9/13 at 1136 hours received a complaint of a theft from a shed in the area of Mountainside Lane. Upon arrival, spoke with the complainant who was reporting the possible theft for a relative, however he was not sure if anything had been taken. Initial investigation and report completed. Investigation is on-going. Cleared.
  11. On 9/15 at 1815 hours responded mutual aid to Greenfield to assist Greenfield Police with a report of a missing child in the area of Verney Drive. Upon arrival the complainant, being a counselor explained that the young child was last seen walking towards w woods trail. A request for a search K-9 Unit was requested from Peterborough Police and the last known area of the child was observed was secured. Prior to the K-9 search being initiated, the missing child was located inside a Foundations building. K-9 Unit cancelled and all units cleared.
  12. On 9/16 at 1314 hours received a complaint of shots being fired in the area of Wilson Hill road. Upon arrival no further reports from firearms were located. Cleared.
  13. On 9/16 at 1702 hours responded to the town of Hancock to the area of Bonds Corner road for assistance to the Hancock Police Department under mutual aid. This request was pertained to an individual having mental health issues. Upon arrival, assistance was rendered. Cleared.
  14. On 9/16 at 2140 hours received a request for mutual aid to the town of Deering for a report of a suspicious person walking in the area of 2nd New Hampshire Turnpike (N). It was further reported that the operator had left the scene and possibly been involved in a motor vehicle collision in Deering. Subject was not located in Francestown. Cleared.
  15. On 9/17 at 1523 hours received a complaint of dirt-bike cyclist traveling at excessive rate of speed in the area of Journey’s End Road. In speaking with the complainant, he was concerned that due to the speed on these dirt-bikes that someone was possibly going to get injured. Directed speed patrol was suggested and will be conducted. Cleared.
  16. On 9/18 0827 hours received a report of a medical emergency in the area of Main street, for an eighty-year-old female who fell and possibly had a hip injury. Upon arrival, assisted emergency services with patient. Cleared.
  17. On 9/18 at 1125 hours received a report of a medical issue where a citizen had fallen out of a wheelchair. Citizen was assisted. Cleared.
  18. On 9/18 at 1531 hours received a complaint of a suspicious person in the area of Scoby wood lane. A white Chevrolet pickup truck was also parked in the immediate area. The subject was approached by the complainant who was reported as being confrontational with the complainant. Upon arrival the subject was gone and no registration plate number was obtained. Checked the neighborhood area with negative results. Cleared.
  19. On 9/19 at 1635 hours received a complaint of criminal threatening by the complainant who resides in the Pleasant Pond road area. Further investigation into the allegation warranted an emergency stalking order against the accused. Upon securing this through a Goffstown Circuit Court magistrate, the Stalking Order was served at 2122 hours against the accused pending court appearances.
