Trustees of Funds, Town of Francestown, NH
Trustees present – Jo-Ann Miller, John Thalhauser, and Janet Taft
Meeting convened at 5:03 p.m.
 
Agenda – Approving meeting minutes, receipt of deposits and CD account investments.
 
  1. John Thalhauser moved to approve the meeting minutes from November 16, 2021.  Janet Taft made motion and John Thalhauser seconded the motion.  All trustees present were in a unanimous decision and the Meeting minutes were approved.
  
  1. John Thalhauser moved to acknowledge the receipt and deposit of donations totaling $365,000.00 to the Capital Reserve Fund for the following amounts:
Future Property Appraisal$20,000
Future Bridge Improvements$45,000
Future Fire Equipment$10,000
Future Fire Truck Replacement$100,000
Future Highway Equipment Replacement$170,000
Future Police Vehicle Replacement$20,000

Jo-Ann Miller moved to approve the deposit amounts and John Thalhauser seconded the motion and all trustees present were in a unanimous decision and the deposits were approved.
 
  1. John Thalhauser moved to accept the receipt and deposit donation in the amount of $250.00 to the Thulander Museum Trust Fund.  Jo-Ann Miller made the motion and John Thalhauser seconded the motion.  All trustees present were in a unanimous decision.  The motion for the deposit was approved.
 
  1. John Thalhauser moved to make a decision on whether or not to transfer any funds from CD account into the Capital Reserve money market account as the maturity will occur on 12/29/21.  Transfers may occur within 10 days after maturity.  John Thalhauser made the motion to roll it over and to not withdraw and invest.  Janet Taft seconded the motion and all trustees present were in a unanimous decision.  The motion to rollover was approved.
