Trustee of Trust Funds Minutes 08.04.2020

1. John Thalhauser motioned to approve the meeting minutes from June 18, 2020 and Janet Taft seconded.  All Trustees present were in a unanimous decision and meeting minutes were approved.
2. John Thalhauser made a motion to approve receipt/deposit of $195.00 to the Thulander Museum Trust Fund and $100 to the Fire & Rescue Trust Fund for a total deposit of $295.00 to the Expandable Private Trust Fund.  Jo-Ann Miller seconded the motion and all Trustees present were in a unanimous decision.
3. John Thalhauser made a motion to approve receipt/deposit of $3000.00 to the Fire & Rescue Trust Fund.  Jo-Ann Miller seconded the motion and all Trustees present were in a unanimous decision.
4. John Thalhauser made a motion to acknowledge the deposit of $5,000 to the Capital Reserve Fund (Town roads) from the Town of Francestown.  Jo-Ann Miller seconded the motion and all Trustees present were in a unanimous decision.
5. John Thalhauser made a motion to acknowledge the request for payment to Eversource Energy in the amount of $100.00 from the Expandable Private Trust Fund for Public Assistance.  John Thalhauser made a motion to approve on the condition that we obtain an updated invoice from the Public Assistance Administrator as the invoice given to us was a copy of the previous request.  Check #156 was written for $100.00 and John will speak with the Public Assistance Administrator tomorrow.  Jo-Ann Miller made a motion to approve and Janet Taft seconded it.  All trustees present were in a unanimous decision.
6. John Thalhauser made a motion to acknowledge the request for payment to Landlord Dan Taylor for a tenants rent in the amount of $772.00 from the Expandable Private Trust Fund for Public Assistance.  All documents were reviewed and Janet Taft made the motion to approve and Jo-Ann Miller seconded it.  All trustees present were in a unanimous decision.  Check #157 was written for the amount of $772.00. 
7. John Thalhauser made a motion to acknowledge the request for payment to the Town of Francestown in the amount of $236,009.94 from the Town Roads Capital Reserve Fund per the 2019 Warrant Article #12 and 2020 Warrant Article #12.  All documents were reviewed and John Thalhauser made a motion to pay and Jo-Ann Miller seconded the motion.  All trustees present were in a unanimous decision.  Check #1069 was written and we confirmed that $309,653.94 has been spent so far from those warrant articles.
