The Francestown Planning Board will meet at 6:30 PM on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 in the Town Offices Meeting Room Lower Level, 27 Main Street. The following agenda items are listed in the order in which they will be considered:
Shaal-Given project plan
Building lot approval subsequent to town engineer review.
Building lot approval subsequent to town engineer review.
Bitterli Site Plan Public Hearing (continued)
The Board will continue hearing the Bitterli site plan application for a chocolate shop/restaurant/café.
Site Plan Regulation Changes
The Board will review and if satisfied, move the Site Plan regulations go to Public Hearing. The site plan changes will differentiate Major and Minor site plans for more appropriate requirements and efficient approval
