                                                                   NOTICE OF HEARING

The Francestown Zoning Board of Adjustment will resume its hearing of the Application of Pat Nelson, 287 Russell Station Road, Francestown, N.H. Tax Map 3, Lot 3-2 for a variance from Article III, sec. 3.10, to permit the installation of Solar Panels within the front set back of 100’ and the side yard setback of 50’ on Thursday, June 10, 2021, at 7 pm at the town offices, lower level, 27 Main St., Francestown, N.H.

The Zoning Board will hear the Application of the Barker Family Trust of 2018, 87 Greenfield Rd. (NH Rte. 136), Francestown, N.H., Tax Map 12 Lot 1 for a variance from the provisions of Article II-A, A.2.6 establishing a 100’ set back from Wetlands in order to construct a ground mounted solar array within 75’.

The matters will remain on the Board’s agenda until a decision is rendered.
