NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Francestown Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Thursday. January 13, 2022, at 7 pm at the Town Office building, lower level, 27 Main St. Francestown, N.H. to hear the variance application of Richard and Catherine Eby to construct a single-family residence at Bible Hill Extension, tax map 9, lot 29-1. The lot has 1.1 acres and requires relief from the side/rear line setbacks to reduce the setback to 25 feet and from the wetland setback for both the house and effluent disposal area of 100 feet/ 50 feet to 25 feet for the house and about 95 feet for the EDA.
Abutters and the public are welcome to attend and to offer their support or oppositions.
The matter will remain on the agenda of the Board until a decision is rendered.
