The Francestown Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 20, 2020, 6:30 PM at the Francestown Town Hall, 2 New Boston Rd. (2nd floor). At the hearing, the following applications will be formally submitted to the Board and, if accepted, will be reviewed.:

 
Case #20-SD-03: An application for Subdivision and Lot Line Adjustment from Ronald and Melissa Shattuck. The property is located on Stevens Road, The Second NH Turnpike South, and Woodward Hill Road (Tax Map 3, Lots 17 and 18).  
The property is a total of 39.8 acres; it is in the rural district and contains property in the wetlands and steep slope overlay districts.  A 5-lot subdivision and one lot line adjustment are proposed.  The subdivision plans are attached to this announcement.
 
Case #20-SP-02:  An application for Site Plan Review from Ronald and Melissa Shattuck for property located on Stevens Road, The Second NH Turnpike South, and Woodward Hill Road (Tax Map 3, portions of current lots 17 and 18).  The applicants are proposing a commercial horse-riding arena. The property to be affected is a total of 26.85 acres; it is in the rural district and contains property in the wetlands and steep slope overlay districts. 
 
If not resolved at this meeting, these matters may be continued to subsequent meetings without further published notice.  Interested parties are invited to attend, in person or by agent, to show why this application should, or should not, be granted.
 
SITE WALK
A site walk of the property will be held immediately preceding the hearing, beginning at 5:15 PM.  Meet at the intersection of Stevens Road and the 2nd NH Turnpike South.
