                                                                   NOTICE OF PUBLC HEARING

The Francestown Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 13, 2020 at 7:30 pm at the Town Offices, lower level, to consider the following cases:

               Request of Thomas Hoey, Trustee, for extension of time to complete drive way as proposed.  790 Poor Farm Road.  Tax map 9, lot 17-2

               Application of Sean O’Rourke for variance for 238 King Hill Rd Tax Map 5 lot 85 to construct a septic system within the 100’ setback from wetlands district boundary.  Ordinance Article II-A. Sec.2-A. 2.6

               Appeal of Mr. and Mrs. Shattuck from determination of Building Inspector that site plan review is required.  Stevens Road.  Tax map 3, lot 18

 

The order of matters listed above is not the agenda and the Board will take up the matters as it determines at the hearing.

Abutters and interested parties are invited to attend.  Masks and social distancing are to be observed.
