PUBLIC NOTICE
The Francestown Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Thursday, March 14, 2024 at 7 pm at the Town Offices, lower level, 27 Main Street, Francestown, NH to hear the application of Linda and Durwin Day for a special exception pursuant to Article II-A, s. 2.4(a) of the Francestown Zoning Ordinance to permit the installation of a residential driveway within the 100’ buffer to wetlands in two separate locations. The subject lot is Tax Map 15, Lot 9, Journey’s End Road, Francestown, NH.
The Board will resume its hearing on the application of Elizabeth Dunning for a variance to encroach on the 50’ side yard set back now pending before the Board.
The matters shall remain on the Board’s agenda until a decision is made. Silas Little
