ZBA Hearing 10.14.2021

                                                                 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Francestown Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on the application of Chad Mills for a special exception to construct a water impoundment/ agricultural farm pond at 1201 Russell Station Road, Tax Map 2, Lot 2.  The pertinent provision of the Zoning Ordinance is Article II-A, section 2.4(b).  The hearing will be held on Thursday, October 14,2021, at the town offices, lower level, 27 Main Street, Francestown, NH at 7 pm.  The parcel’s owner of record is CDM Properties, LLC.

The application shall remain on the Board’s agenda until a decision is reached.
