NOTICE OF HEARING
The Francestown Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Thursday, February 8, 2024 at 7 pm,
Town Offices, lower level, 27 Main Street, Francestown, NH, to hear the below listed
applications for relief under the Zoning Ordinance:-Application of David Courtright for a variance for 600 Old County Rd. North, tax map 8,
lot 60, to permit a multi-family structure of 6 units where the zoning ordinance allows 4 units.
Article VII, section 7.2.2.
-Application of Elizabth Dunning for a variance for 1115 Second NH Turnpike North, tax
map 10, lot 1-4, to permit a 10 ft by 24 ft horse stable 25 ft from the side lot line where the
zoning ordinance requires a 50 ft sideline setback. Article III, section 3.10 (b).
-Application of Bob Bitterli for a special exception for 1 Main Street, tax map 13, lot 4, to
permit the use of the existing barn for the production and sale of artisan chocolates, baked
goods, coffee/tea, and various beverages and for the hosting of “pop-up” dinners approximately
once a month.
The order of cases will be determined at the hearing. The matters shall remain before the
Board until a decision is reached. The hearing is public and those interested are invited to
address the Board.
