Notice of public hearing
On Thursday, October 13, 2022, at 7 pm at the Town Offices, lower level, 27 Main Street, Francestown, NH, the Francestown Zoning Board of Adjustment will hear the application of Richard Lawrence for a VARIANCE from the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of a residential 4 bedroom house within the 100 foot setback from a wetland as required by Article II, 2-A.2.6 (b). The subject lot is Tax Map 6, Lot 74-6, Davis Lane.
The matter shall remain on the Board's agenda until a decision is made.
